Privacy Policy
How TipsHealthPro handles website requests and correspondence, and how to contact us with a privacy question.
This policy describes the current TipsHealthPro website. It applies to information handled through browsing this publication and contacting us directly. Features may change; we will update this page when information practices change.
Information involved in browsing
Your browser sends routine request information needed to deliver a website, such as an IP address, the requested URL and browser information. Our hosting provider may process this information for delivery, security and operational logs under its own service arrangements.
The website has no user accounts, comment system or newsletter sign-up processing. Search terms are used to display matching articles and may appear in the requested URL. Avoid entering sensitive personal or medical information in search.
Contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message, with an optional TipsHealthPro page URL. These details, the submission time and originating site are sent through Hostinger email to our editorial inbox so we can handle your enquiry. Your email address is used as the reply address. Submitted messages are not stored in an application database or written to application logs, and form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. GA4 Form Interactions remain disabled.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, test results or other sensitive health information through this form. Correspondence is used to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, rather than enrol you in a mailing list.
To limit spam and duplicate submissions, the application temporarily keeps salted hashes derived from the requesting IP address, email address and message, alongside request counts. This bounded state is held in server memory with expiry periods of up to one hour. Expired entries are cleared on subsequent requests; restarting the server process clears all state. Raw addresses and message contents are not retained in this state. Hosting and email providers may process requests and delivered messages under their own service arrangements.
Email correspondence
If you email us, your address and the information you choose to include are handled through our email service so we can respond and address the enquiry. Do not send sensitive medical records. We use correspondence for the purpose of handling the enquiry and related follow-up, rather than enrolling you in a mailing list.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
On the production website, Google Analytics 4 is optional. Google’s tag is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline without losing access to articles and change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser; clearing browser storage resets it. Declining stops collection and removes the analytics cookies set by this implementation.
When allowed, GA4 uses cookies with pseudonymous identifiers to measure public page views, referral domains, general browser/device information and ordinary engagement such as scrolling and visits to reference links. This is not an account or medical profile. Google processes these requests under its own privacy policy and Analytics data practices. This may involve processing outside your country. Analytics records and cookie retention depend on the property and browser settings; we do not claim a separately verified property retention period.
We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, search text, questionnaire responses or user-entered medical information to GA4. Analytics is restricted to existing public URLs without query strings or fragments. It stops for the current document before search or other text input, form submission, or navigation to an excluded URL; a fresh eligible page can be measured again with your saved permission. Referral details are limited to the external website’s origin. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization and Google signals are disabled in this implementation. There is no custom health-event tracking.
Local, preview and staging versions do not collect analytics. Fonts and article images are served through the website. Third-party advertising and newsletter collection remain inactive.
Sharing and security
We do not sell information provided in enquiries. Hosting and email providers process information needed for their services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.
We take reasonable care with the information we handle, but no internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry and provider arrangements. Contact us about information you have supplied and any request for access, correction or deletion; applicable rights depend on your circumstances and local law.
Other websites and children
Links to reference sources take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Review those policies when you use their services.
This publication is general information and does not operate a service that collects children's accounts or profiles. If you believe personal information about a child has been sent to us, contact us so we can address it.
